22 May Fast Track Approval for 101 Apartments in Dalkey, Dublin
With the help of G-Net 3D’s Full CGI Service, our clients Twinlite, have just gained fast track approval by An Bord Pleanála.
The €18 million euro development – situated beside and to be built upon former Castle Park School grounds in Dalkey – will feature 64 two-bed, 26 one-bed and 11 studio apartments.
The apartments are arranged in a crescent shaped building, each with balconies/terraces, over 2-4 storeys with 80 car parking spaces and 156 bicycle parking spaces at basement and surface level.
The plan also includes provisions for a children’s playground and approval will see three quarters of the site remain as woodland, meaning lush surroundings for future residents.
Twinlite have been approaching the Dublin Rental Market and Proptech (Property Technology) in new ways. Having had another recent success in Vesta Living, that moves the entire rental process online: from viewing units, paying rent over an app and even accessing digital access keys for the apartment itself.
