Greenlight Success for Derelict Cork City Store

The old furniture shop on Watercourse Road – well known to Cork residents North of the Lee – has planning permission granted for a 26 apartment site by Cork City Council

The successful application was supported by our VVM (verified view montage) planning visualisation service. Taking before shots and applying the 3D constructed model of how the #development will look once built. Helping convince planners as to the low visual disturbance and benefit of the proposal for Blackpool.

With room for 84 bicycles and seven car parking spaces, these kinds of converted derelict sites will have perfect access to the city centre and cut out urban city sprawl.
