Public Consultation Launches for Brownfield Site, Cork

With a new proposal for social housing for Cork’s Model Farm road, our clients Comhairle Cathrach Chorcaí – Cork City Council have now opened consultation to the public to have their say – with visualisation help from a combination of our full CGI images and Photomontages!

Sitting on a site of 2,450 sq. meters, the O’Mahony Pike Architects designed 43 apartment development will feature 17 one-bed and 26 two-bed apartments over a 4-5 storey L shaped apartment block – with access from Model Farm Road and Parchment Square student accommodation.

In the backdrop of an ever increasing demand for Cork’s growing population, this scheme would bring much needed units on board. Have a look for yourself below!
